Terms Of Service

Deposits

​

  • All jobs booked in advance require a minimum of a £30 deposit, paid either by bank transfer or card. An increased deposit may be required if we need to order specific parts in.

  • All deposits are non-refundable. However for whatever reason you can't make the appointment as long as you make contact on the day, or before you have 90 days to reschedule without losing your deposit.

Payments

​

  • All completed jobs must be paid and received in full before any vehicle/s is released.​

  • All quotes and prices are plus VAT.

​

Storage

​

  • Failure to pick up a vehicle from date specified will be charged at £50+vat per day per vehicle.

  • Vehicles left beyond the dates agreed will not be covered by our insurance and may be left outside the unit depending on space.

Repairs

​

  • In the unlikely event that repairs are required after undertaking work by Executive Autocare Centre, we retain the right to rectify any issues before the customer seeks other alternative options.

Window Film

​

  • All vehicle window film comes with a lifetime warranty (for as long as you own the vehicle otherwise a standard 12 months warranty applies) against peeling, bubbling, fading and delaminating.

  • Not covered - scratches, windows that have been wound down within 48 hours of application, glass elements if window film is removed for any reason.

  • Unlike factory tinted glass which is dyed into the glass, aftermarket window film is made up of layers of plastic film.

  • Most cars have scratches on the inside and outside on the glass. However once window tint is added some scratches can appear more obvious. Executive Autocare Centre is not responsible for any previous scratches in the glass of the vehicle/s.

  • No application of window film is 100% clear of debris. Unless there is an excessive amount of debris under the film, there is no need to replace.

  • Some factory glass has a 'dot-matrix' border between the glass and painted section. These areas can hold water in them for weeks after application depending on the weather. They can also leave a 'silvery' line over the dot-matrix which will never completely go but can be pressed down for a better appearance after fully cured. Please do not attempt any improvements by yourself as you may trap air or crease the film. You can call us and we will book you in for any improvements at no extra cost.

  • Chameleon Film - There a many types of chameleon film, all have at least two colours to them. They also come in different VLT percentages (Visible Light Transmission). So depending on the windscreen, some of the films may not meet the legally required 75% VLT. Although most are clear from the inside, some chameleon films have a slight tinge when looking through the windscreen from the inside of the vehicle. Please check with us if the style of chameleon film is right for your vehicle. Executive Autocare Centre is not responsible for any legal repercussions as a result of fitting chameleon film to any vehicle/s.

  • Executive Autocare Centre requires all inside of glass to be clean of any contamination ie. paint, overspray, glue, old window film. Any extra work carried out due to un-clean windows will be chargeable.

  • All window film has a curing stage. This can take up to 2-3 weeks, sometimes longer in colder temperatures. After application there will be a stage of 'patchiness' that is visible mainly from the outside. This is perfectly normal and will clear in time.

  • All drop-down windows must not be wound down for a minimum of 48 hours after application. Failure to do so may invalidate the warranty on the windows involved.

Vinyl Wrapping

​

  • All wrapped edges are covered by a 12 month warranty. Please ask for vinyl surface warranties on the range of materials we use.

  • Any areas of paint that is not of factory quality, ie. peeling, cracked, delaminating, smart repaired are not covered by any warranty once vinyl wrapped.

  • Any removal of any wrap applied by Executive Autocare Centre or any other business, Executive Autocare Centre is not responsible for any damage to paint work.

Sunroof Repairs

​

  • Leaking Sunroofs - All repairs are carried out to the best of our ability. No leak repairs come with any guarantee of further leaks. All work carried out is chargeable.

  • A further charge may be added if a factory-fitted sunroof needs reprogramming.

Parking Sensors

​

  • All parking sensors supplied by Executive Autocare Centre come with a 2-year warranty against parts & labour.

  • Parking sensors which are painted are colour coded best to what paint we have in stock. Any specific paint that is required may need to be ordered in at an extra cost to customer.

Tracker Systems

​

  • Metatrak Trackers come with a 1-year free subscription. Thereafter is an annual subscription cost depending on the Meta system you have.

​

Deadlocks & Slamlocks

​

  • Vehicle doors must fit correctly. Any doors that are 'bent' or not fitted correctly may effect the locking function. A further charge may be added if extra work is carried out to rectify any locks fitted to any doors not fitting correctly.
